Core Flooring Solutions
Polyurethane Flooring
POLYURETHANE MF (MEDIUM FILM)
A medium-thickness polyurethane floor coating system (2-4 mm) designed for moderate-use areas that do not require heavy load or impact resistance. The seamless, smooth surface resists chemicals and moisture, accommodates thermal expansion and contraction, and is easy to clean and maintain — compliant with GMP, HACCP, and FDA standards.
Suitable for Light industrial plants, laboratories and warehouses in food factories, pharmaceutical plants, cosmetics and medical supply facilities, and high-humidity areas.
POLYURETHANE HF (HEAVY FILM)
An extra-thick polyurethane floor coating system (6-9 mm) offering high strength and flexibility, excellent load and impact resistance, and tolerance to temperatures from -40°C to 120°C and aggressive chemicals. The seamless, textured surface resists slipping, prevents bacterial growth, and withstands wet or high-humidity conditions — compliant with GMP, HACCP, and FDA standards.
Suitable for Food and beverage plants, cold storage rooms, wet areas such as kitchens or constantly wet factory floors, heavy industrial areas such as machine bays and loading docks, and chemical manufacturing plants.
POLYURETHANE WATERPROOF
An acrylic-based polyurethane waterproofing system with a seamless, highly flexible finish that resists cracking and UV exposure. It effectively blocks water penetration for both interior and exterior use, protecting rooftops and balconies from leaks for 10-15 years.
Suitable for Roofs, rooftops, walls, or any surface exposed to water or moisture.
POLYURETHANE COATING
A roll-applied polyurethane coating system — a thin yet strong micron-thick film that is flexible and resistant to abrasion, UV light, chemicals, and impact. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Suitable for Outdoor areas/rooftops, parking lots, sports courts, and food and pharmaceutical facilities.
Epoxy Flooring
EPOXY SELF-LEVELING
A self-leveling epoxy flooring system applied at 2 mm thickness or more, installed by trowel and requiring skilled application. This system is known for its beauty and durability, with a higher gloss finish than other coating systems, strong oil resistance, and a long service life.
Suitable for Facilities requiring dust- and germ-free environments — pharmaceutical, food, and automotive plants.
EPOXY SELF-LEVELING WITH ANTI-SLIP
A static-dissipative epoxy flooring system designed to discharge static electricity and prevent its buildup on the surface — especially in areas with electronic equipment or spark-sensitive environments. Suitable for dry areas with moderate to heavy use.
Suitable for Electronics assembly rooms, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical plants, and areas with flammable materials.
EPOXY NON-SLIP
A non-slip epoxy flooring system, sometimes called "Safety Floors," that coats the surface to provide excellent slip resistance and safety, along with strong scratch resistance — ideal for walkways exposed to water and oil residue.
Suitable for Indoor walkways, stairways in factories prone to slipping, areas with water or oil residue, and shopping mall floors.
EPOXY COATING
A concrete coating epoxy system that can be applied to both floors and walls, effectively protecting concrete from chemicals, oil, and acid/base exposure. The vibrant, glossy finish is easy to maintain and clean, with adjustable thickness from 300 to 1,500 microns to suit the application.
Suitable for Warehouses, office buildings, walkways, parking structures, and restaurants.
Polyurethane Sports Flooring
PU sports flooring (Polyurethane Sport) is a high-quality synthetic rubber system that is flexible, offers excellent grip, absorbs impact to reduce injuries, and resists UV exposure and moisture — widely used for both indoor and outdoor sports courts.

Suitable for Badminton courts, futsal courts, volleyball courts, sepak takraw courts, running tracks, gyms, school sports areas, and other indoor/outdoor sports courts.
Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint
High-standard road marking (TIS 542-2549) commonly using thermoplastic paint for its durability, finished with reflective glass beads for visibility day and night. Line width, size, and clarity are applied in accordance with legal requirements.
Suitable for Lane dividers, solid and dashed lines, crosswalks, lane markings, directional arrows, stop lines, no-parking lines, and parking lot markings and symbols for parking areas or factories.
Traffic-Related Installation Works
Traffic Sign Installation
Installation of all types of traffic signs (regulatory, warning, and guide signs) in accordance with Department of Highways and Department of Rural Roads standards, emphasizing safety, clear reflectivity, and correct installation per traffic engineering principles — such as a 5-degree tilt angle to reduce glare — guaranteed by professional installers.
Reflective Road Stud Installation
Reflective road studs are installed on roads to mark boundary lines — such as footpath edges, shoulders, and minor road sections — indicating travel direction, junctions, and intersections that are clearly visible from a distance, improving safety for drivers at night.
Guard Rail Installation
Guard rails — corrugated steel safety barriers — are galvanized steel panels that primarily line road edges, hazardous points, or areas near canals to reduce the risk of vehicle accidents. They retain their structural integrity even after impact, helping to prevent damage and reduce harm to drivers and pedestrians effectively.
